II. Rental Policy for Parish Center
Rental for Parishioners
A. With Bar
- Fee - $250.00 (Mercy Meals - No Charge)
- Minimum of 100 people.
- Kitchen can be used for heating and distribution of food. No cooking is allowed. Kitchen must be left in same condition as found. No use of kitchen supplies, dishes, utensils, and no use of dishwasher or mixer.
- Rental is for a six-hour period or less. Each additional hour at $35.00 to be allowed at the discretion of Hall Manager. All affairs are to end at 1:00 a. m.
- Tablecloths are an extra charge.
- No liquor to be brought into the affair (a non-alcoholic beverage, part of a meal, excluding soda, may be brought in).
- A $100 deposit is required. It is non-refundable unless given a three–month notice and the Hall can be rented for that date.
- Parish Center is a non-smoking facility.
B. Without Bar
- Fee - $200.00
